Questions before ordering
What photo should I upload?
Use a bright, clear photo where the pet's face is visible. Front-facing photos usually work best.
Can I see a preview before production?
Yes. You can contact us before or after ordering, and we can help confirm whether the photo works for your chosen product.
Can I add a pet name?
Some products support name engraving and some do not. If it is available, the product page will show a pet name field.
How do I send a photo before ordering?
Use the chat button and send your pet photo by email. Tell us which product you are interested in so we can check the right style.
Are custom products returnable?
Custom products are made for one customer, so they are not normally returnable after production unless damaged, incorrect, or defective.
