Refund Policy
PAWJOI products are custom made to order from your submitted details, photos, and selected options.
After you place your order, we will contact you to confirm the preview image before production. Once production has started, personalized items cannot usually be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at a1004563813@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and package. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
Shipping fees are normally non-refundable unless the problem was caused by our mistake.
