Questions before ordering
What photo should I upload?
Use a bright, clear photo where the pet's face is visible. Front-facing photos usually work best.
Can I see a preview before production?
Yes. After you place your order, we will contact you to confirm the preview image before production.
Can I add a pet name?
Some products support name engraving and some do not. If it is available, the product page will show a pet name field.
How do I send my pet photo?
You can upload your pet photo on the product page when ordering. If you need help, use the chat button or send it by email.
Are custom products returnable?
Custom products are made for one customer, so they are not normally returnable after production unless damaged, incorrect, or defective.
